Maylee is a character from Labyrinth of Refrain: Coven of Dusk. She is a young woman who bakes bread in Refrain. She seems to have a mysterious connection to Juliet.

Maylee is the baker that appears charitable and kind in the beginning. Once she discovers that Madam Dronya is a witch, she asks her to make a potion for her to change her appearance. Dronya denies she's a witch but Maylee doesn't believe her. Nemto enters the caravan to deliver an order personally to Dronya with Fritz. Maylee sees that Nemto is smitten by Dronya and becomes bitter. After Nemto leaves, Mayless becomes bitter and threatens and insults Dronya for seducing men with her magic. Dronya uses her glamour to trick her into using ordinary flour as a love potion. Maylee in her hypnotic state becomes gleeful and leaves. Once Maylee realizes that the love potion is fake, it angers her and takes it out on Fritz and Luca, giving them both black eyes. Dronya tries to get revenge by giving Maylee a fake transfiguration potion. Maylee doesn't fall for the obvious lie and punches Dronya in the stomach and force feeds the potion to Dronya causing her to shapeshift into Maylee's appearance. Dronya threatens Maylee causing her to flee and deny she did anything wrong.
Later, Dronya kills and frames Maylee for the murder of Baba Yaga using her appearance. It was later mentioned that Maylee was freed since there was insufficient evidence to charge with murder. A soldier reported that Maylee had died. It was explained that Maylee tried to run out of town but was unsuccessful and was killed by the unclean. With the death of Maylee, Dronya was able to return to her former appearance.
Consequences of Maylee's death:
Later in the game, Dronya complained that the bread Marietta served was hard. Marietta mentions that with the death of Maylee, the bakery was closed indefinitely.
